Kunstraum Baden

Shifting Matters brings together four artists: Vanessa Billy, Maya Bringolf, Jannik Giger, and Zimoun. Their works, ranging from sculpture and installation to sound and moving image, engage with processes of change, materiality, and perception. The exhibition addresses dynamics of transformation in natural and constructed systems, understanding change as an ongoing process that links past and present.
Each artistic position places a distinct emphasis: Maya Bringolf works with assemblages of found materials; Vanessa Billy reflects on the material interconnectedness of body and earth; Zimoun translates movement into acoustic resonance; and Jannik Giger explores transformation through sound, gesture, and image.
